The 11th Annual Medicare Marketing & Sales Innovation Summit will be held on March 14th and 15th this year in Orlando, Florida.

GuideWell Connect’s Chief Marketing Officer, Raj Vavilala, will be moderating the panel discussion: Integrate Sales and Marketing Systems to Unify Communication to Members. In this session, the panel will discuss how marketing and sales departments work hand-in-glove to deliver cohesive messages to beneficiaries. Silos and disjointed communication channels between the two departments can create openings for consumer confusion and plan departures. Build a nimble marketing and sales team that integrates workflows to create a seamless member experience. Additionally, in this panel session you will learn how to:

  • Listen to sales feedback and react quickly to shifts in the market to meet member expectations
  • Build fluid channels between marketing and sales teams for consistent communication
  • Communicate workflow shifts to brokers and contracted agencies to ensure consistent messages to members

Raj Vavilala is the Chief Marketing Officer of GuideWell Connect, a leader in integrated consumer engagement solutions for health insurance companies and providers. Raj is accountable for delivering marketing program performance to GuideWell Connect’s clients. He has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in direct to consumer marketing and sales. Prior to his current role, Raj was the Vice President of Marketing for New York Life’s direct to consumer Annuity program. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
